Tonya was a great partner to work with in my search for a new home in the Quad Cities. I’m not from around the area, she needed to really understand what it was that I wanted and needed. She showed me a number of great options and it made for very efficient use of our time. Once I had a home picked, she was on top of all the things that were needed from a paperwork and inspection standpoint, and that allowed me to close over a week earlier than originally scheduled. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.
